“This skirt runs extremely small in the waist. It was poorly manufactured with too tight a band. It is a pull-on-style with no zipper etc., and the elastic waist does not stretch enough to fit around the hip area. I am a size 2-4 in the waist and have straight hips (not a big woman at all) and the medium would not even fit me.”
