Verified Buyer Reviewed by Dog Mom from Virginia on Thursday, August 21, 2014I have looked for a Merino Wool dress for a long time. Nothing beats Merino wool in comfort against the skin. Where I live it is too humid right now to wear anything with sleeves, but I I know from other Merino wool items that they are reliably comfortable against the skin, absolutely no scratching or itching or over-heating. If you like your dresses to go to mid-calf, you will find it a bit short for you.
Reviewed by Zu Zu's petals from western NY on Friday, November 15, 2013I bought this sweater and I love it. I am curvy and have a 36 C. It looks great very flattering cut. It's not a dress though it is a tunic. You will have to wear leggings underneath. My husband liked it too.
Reviewed by Cassandra from Vancouver, BC on Wednesday, November 13, 2013Empire waist/baby doll effect, waist is not as low as shown. So, maybe not my look. V neck needs a tank top under. Wool fabric feels nice but a bit on thin side, but falls nicely enough. Weight to wear over leggings. On my 5'10", this dress is long enough to not look sleazy.
Reviewed by Ginger from Hartford on Thursday, October 10, 2013If this fit your figure, it would be a great dress. I love this brand and I love this fabric. I saw reviews elsewhere that were gloving. But when I tried it on, it was much too low to be empire waist and hit at a random spot on my ribcage. The v-neck was so deep that, it looked like someone had attached a wrap cardigan to a skirt. Although I knew it was meant to be layered before I tried it on, I could not figure out how that could be remotely flattering. And the skirt was well above my knee. And it ran smallish, too.
No harm in trying the darn thing on. It would be lovely on the right person. But not on me! I am 5'5" and 135# and pretty average build, meaning I've got some muscle and some curves.
