“I use these to wear at the gym. I walk, run, and do other exercises. The shoes have a lot of cushion. I ordered a half size up and got a size 6, but I think I would have done better to get the 5 1/2. I still love them though. My foot is almost flat, and the arch support bugs me a little bit, but I don't think it will bother most people.”
