After reading negative reviews, I was skeptical about the quality of the shoe. But after wearing the shoe for about 10 hours total I have not yet noticed any quality issues. The shoe is made very well. The leather (tan in my case) has a very rich, very classy look. It is hard to describe, but you know it when you see it. One thing I would change is the white fabric trim. The white fabric satins too easily. There is the same shoe with gray trim. I wish it were an option here. Overall, I am very happy. Wish I had also bough that brownish color shoe when it was available in my size

These shoes are a good medium width. So many larger sizes (I wear a 13 or 13.5) are so reeediculously wide. The only place they are slightly wide is the midfoot. They don't have much padding or support, but they are not made to. Too early to tell about durability.

Really enjoy wearing these shoes, extremely comfortable. Only detractor is that while I normally wear 10.5W/11, with this shoe I took size 13 and gambled correctly. Be advised there is some controversy on sizing, but I was so impressed that once a confirmed fit was available I bought 2 more pairs.

When I first opened the box, I wasn't disappointed. These shoes look better in person. My apprehension about whether or not they would fit lasted about 20 seconds. They fit and looked amazing. I did follow the reviews and selected one size larger. That is the right decision. Very classy looking. Lots of compliments. Once again, a quality item from Sierra Trading Post.

Fits long and narrow great quality

Question some of the reviews on these shoes. Everyone seems to agree that they are great looking, but some question how well they are made. They are just tennis shoes! They won't last forever! Just enjoy them! Fun retro look. Remind me of my old Converse low cuts but upscaled with leather. Easy on/off with no ties. Fairly snug. Think they work best without socks.

I put Pro-Step insoles into these loafers to give more cushioning and arch support, but otherwise I was very pleased. I use the shoes for driving my tow vehicle and driving the race car when not actually racing (need the Nomex gear for the races themselves). These shoes give good feel for the pedals, enable easy heel-and-toe shifting, and are narrow enough and stiff enough to make pedal operation smooth. Plus they look good.

Great shoe. Classic work casual, but very strange sizing, I would say 2 sizes smaller is about right.
