My husband and I usually buy these freeze dried meals only for our dinners. The rest of the meals we sort of punt. I'm an excellent cook at home but somehow my gastronomical muse disappears when I plan our meals on the trail. I'm looking forward to having some good breakfasts and dinners. Note: The egg breakfasts require a frying pan. We're use to boiling water and adding to the bags. But not to worry. We found a great lightweight frying pan and pot set on Sierra Trading Post that will do the trick. Happy trails and good eating to all!
