Backside G-Pak Carrying Pack - Small

This is my second Backside Girl. I keep one packed for Geocaching and one for "other" hikes. I use it as a pocketbook when I am going casual. It fits my water bottle as well as all the usual pocketbook stuff and I can slip a sweater on the outside also! And it isn't SO girlie that my grandson won't carry it occasionally too! I'm thinking about getting a third, just in case.

This daypack was smaller and heavier than I wanted or needed for day-time adventures while traveling. It was too rigid and I didn't care for the logo on it.

I expected this backpack to be small, but useful for a day pack. The straps are much too thin. This is more of a "purse" than a pack. I judged part of the quality of the bag from it's original price of [$]

I got the yellow one, and it's very cute and a nice small size...BUT they have branded the darn thing within an inch of its life. The back of it (on the pack itself) has "Backside Girl" emblazoned on it. I don't know about you, but I can feel some teasing coming over that.. To make matters worse, the right SHOULDER STRAP (seriously) says "Go over it" in large white font. I'm not offended by that (I don't even know the brand well enough to know what they're referencing), but I feel like a big ol' sandwich board with all these giant slogans (some of which may be misinterpreted). I'm sending it back.

I use the bag for bike commuting to hold shower stuff, jacket, money, and cell phone. It is comfortable and easy to wear.

This works great as a weekend purse. However, it could use more internal pockets to hold cell phone, sunglasses, etc.

I bought this to use when walking my dog/biking to my in-laws house 1 mile away. It's perfect to carry the essentials.

For short day hikes I don't want to use my large day pack. I thought this small size would be great for lunch, sweater,etc. I have a hip pack to carry a water bottle. Although this could hold one also. I use for traveling when I don't want my hands tied up with a purse.

Great backpack. I orginally bought it to use as a purse when I ride my motorcycle but I find myself using it for a lot more. My only complaint would be that it needs a chest strap but this is only a preference and doesn't take away from the bag itself. Great size. Fits more than you think it would and the price was just right!!!
