Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
“I purchased these along with the Kamik Ramey Pac boots. Ended up choosing these because they were more flexible, lighter weight and needed virtually no break in, plus they were mid-calf height rather than "tall-ankle" height. Wore them in temps down to -5F with a single pair of wool socks for several hours and worked great-never felt any cold, and my feet would feel it. One note: while these are very warm, they are very flexible all around and do not provide protection to your feet like hiking boots or steel-toe boots. If you are working around machinery, etc., these are probably not the best choice but great for around town, long walks in the snow, doing light work, etc. The Kamik Ramey boots were great, too, but heavier and not as high so decided not to keep them.”
