Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I wore this like you would a vest but it's much better than that. Very flowy and soft to the touch. Looked great over my zebra print knit top. I'm wearing it now over Spring tops and it will work great in Fall or Winter. I just love it, what more can I say.
