Barbour Beauchamp Waterproof Breathable Luxury Jacket - Soft Cotton, Insulated (For Men)

The jacket looks great, comfy sueded-cotton look to it. Looks even better than the picture. On the larger end of sizing, if your boarder line, size down for a good fit, or up for extra room. Pretty warm, with sweater and layers under I'll wear it in the 30's. Great for daily use, going out... but I wouldn't wear it for rough activities or in a downpour. It's my new favorite!

I own many Barbour products (some that I've purchased right here from STP) and this jacket rates very high with me. I often reach for this jacket on colder rainy days. More so than my waxed Barbour (even though these waxed types are time proven the finish isn't something I'm always in the mood for). I really like this jacket's soft finish. This isn't the type of material I would recommend using for trail blazing and such. More for everyday use and pub crawling and that sort of thing. You know, the sort you'd wear a pea coat for. In any event, if you need an everyday waterproof jacket that's comfortable... and very much Barbour in style... you'll love this one. Oh yes, the camel color is very much the same as the waxed tan/camel color Barbour has used for years. While I've not had the chance to fully test it's waterproofing in a downpour, this jacket will surely prove worthy with a doubt.

I bought it for my son going to Ireland for fall semester. A good friend highly recommended this coat because her son brought 2 coats to England to study and ended up using only the Barbour coat and loved it.

This is an outstanding jacket, and my all-time favorite buy from STP. It is very well designed - lots of pockets and looks good. Also very well crafted. There are a number of reviews that say these coats (as with most Barbours) run large. This coat does feel large, but with a sweater underneath it is about right. Also, this is really more of a rain/foul weather coat, so it is not something you would expect to be tightly tailored for a night out on the town in perfect spring weather. For what it is designed for, it is perfect.

Should be great for traveling.

The quality and comfort of this coat is much higher than my other field coats. My only comment/concern is that the fabric shell is so soft that I do question long term durability.

I bought this jacket for my husband who is tall and long in the waste. This jacket fits him comfortably with plenty of room for layering if needed. We have had trouble finding jackets long and loose enough, so it was a delight to find this one. The inclusion of multiple pockets was an added bonus. We both like this jacket so much, I decided to look for one for myself.

This jacket is versatile and I like it a bit large so I can wear sweaters, etc. underneath and still move about.
