“i only note that "it runs small" because it fits nicely when it tried it on with my summer tops. i am not sure it would fit with a cold-weather weight sweater on underneath, tho i like it very much and will work with it. it's not for the very cold weather anyway, but the fit would depend on what you intend to layer underneath.”
