Barbour Cashmere Touch Quilted Jacket (For Women)

I followed the catalog advice and bought one size up which made it just the right fit-- even the sleeve length was right. The coat looks very flattering on and I can see it in my travel wardrobe, as well as for use when I want to be more dressed up.

I ordered one size larger than usual, as suggested, and the coat still had a tight fit around the upper body. Also, the material, though soft to the touch, is somewhat stiff, which adds to the poor fit. I returned it.

Had to return the jacket because size 14 means US size 10 making it much too small

This is lovely-a medium weight quilted jacket of nice quality. The fabric is great-feels and looks almost like a very fine suede. Would be great for 3 season use if worn with a layer underneath for winter cold. The only issue for me was that the chest was cut more tightly than the rest of the jacket, and I'm pretty evenly-proportioned. I've purchased the next size up, which I'm keeping, but the same is true in this one as well. I still like the jacket well enough to keep as it's nice enough for my needs, but it would be perfect for women who are a bit smaller up top than below.

I have had this jacket before. It's very could quality and is easily washed in the washer
