Barbour Cashmere Touch Quilted Jacket (For Women)

Very nice coat. Not heavy, but feels warm. It did fit a bit snug, but the sleeve length was good and if I don't wear a bulky sweater underneath it is fine.

Good quality, nice cut. Collar a little close-fitting.

Like all Barbour this is a good quality jacket - the microfiber is soft, but I think "cashmere" is hyperbole. The fit was good, but I felt like the jacket was a bit stiff and the collar was uncomfortable for me. I am sending this one back but keeping the other jacket I ordered.

Looks great with all--except a dress, of course! I bought it for travel, and before my trip have found myself using it daily. More "cozy" than my usual "go-to" leather jacket. Wouldn't call it haute couture (!), but I don't feel dumpy in it. A great basic.

I read the comments about the fit being snug so I and bought one size larger. It is a little large all over and the sleeves a little long. My true size would have been perfect. I love the light weight because it is great for cool weather and for cold weather I can layer so it still works and I am not burning up - like I might be with a heavy coat. It is a casual car coat, but can be dressed up with a nice scarf and gloves for nicer occasions. Excellent quality and detailing.

Beautiful jacket. I am 5'5" and 114lbs. I ordered a UK10 which gave me good sleeve length, jacket fell nicely everywhere but was too tight in the shoulders. When I tried to move my arms, although the bust seemed adequate the jacket was fighting movement. A larger size would be too big overall so I had to return it. Granted I have verry long arms and perhaps this was a factor. Still a gorgeous jacket! Would be awesome to ride in for cool but not cold weather. Elegant enough away from the barn as well.

Lovely quality jacket, and good for everyday winter use (that's a Sydney winter, not a snowy winter). It does have an odd fit though - very skinny around the hips when it's done up. But I like it - it's easy to wear, not too bulky at all.

I wear this every place. It's a good car length and is a comfortable fit for most activities.

As with most Barbour coats, the sleeves are short. The back flap makes it a great horse-riding coat for fall and winter and it's thin enough to layer. Do English people have short arms? Barbour, please increase your sleeve length!
