Barbour Microfiber Quilted Jacket (For Men)

I love this jacket. But one thing: At 5'8 150 lbs, I am not a large man, (not exactly small either,)but there's no way this jacket is an XS. It fits me perfectly as an outdoor jacket- with a little room to spare. There were a number of comments about it being larger than it's listed size, so I figured I'd risk it because it looked so good. I'm glad I did..!

I wear a mens small in everything and my pants are 30x30, so when I ordered the XS in this coat, I thought it would be well-fitted. The shoulders fit well, but the sleeves are a little long, the torso will hang from your body a bit, and the jacket length will come a little below the underside of your bottom. I like things well-fitted, so it took a little getting used to the way that this fit, but overall I love it. It's stylish yet classic, it's lightweight but very good at regulating your temperature, and on one of the reviews I read that it was cut this way because it was meant to hold multiple layers underneath. Since this is an XS, this is just the way that the jacket is supposed to fit.

The sizing is way larger than expected. I have a 34" chest, so I bought a 32/xs & it is still huge on me. I was so disappointed because the quality is phenomenal. If you can get one that fits, I would highly recommend this jacket.

Here is a tip: Buy a size smaller for a perfect fit. I usually wear a men's small, so I went with xs and it fits perfect. These English coats were designed as outwear to be worn on a sports jacket and this is why the sizes are larger.

Great classic Barbour jacket never goes out of style.

Great jacket- all Barbour products are excellent quality. This is a stylish, warm jacket. Does feel very stiff but may loosen up some after wear.

The jacket is stiff at first but quickly loosens. Its good for fairly cold weather and is comfortable. A good jacket.

Just got the coat yesterday and love it. Great styling and details...don't really see the cons listed by other reviewers. My new favorite coat!

This is the first coat I've bought through mail order. Didn't know what to expect, but it's perfect -- warm, high quality, and, most important, was exactly as described.
