“A Phenomenal Jacket...When Washed/Dried!”

“As some of the other shoppers have observed, this jacket is gigantic for a Barbour (I own an XL Liddesdale, and the cut was perfect right out of the box). I'd planned on returning it, but my maid found it the day after it arrived and washed/dried it for me (even though the label clearly said wash warm/drip dry), because I never wear anything new without washing it first! Well, the outcome couldn't have been better: the fit is now perfect, and even the sleeves, which were a bit too long, hit right where they're supposed to! I get nothing but compliments on the jacket, and wore it to work today, where we were having strong winds and sleet. Toasty warm all the way, on the train and walking 7 blocks! Love it!”
