    Excellent quality as are all of my Barbour items that I own. The vest has an extra elastic piece inside of the of cut out for the arms so air does not pass. At first it made the opening feel a little tight but the rest of the vest fit perfectly so I knew it was just a feature to get accustomed to. Now it is comfortable and I do not think it is tight at all. The fabric is a nice soft material and can be dressed up or down. A nice silky blouse for dress or a nice cable knit sweater for casual-either way the vest is very good looking. The hand pockets are nice and not too large, the waist tabs are good to make the vest more fitted if you wish, and the quilting is very good looking.It is warm and functions well especially when you don't need a coat. Great for the car and super for chilly but not really cold times.
