“Pretty Decent”

“Having purchased Barbour apparel in the past, I found this jacket to be below their par. I should stress that there's nothing at all wrong with the jacket, it fits quite nicely and is perfectly waterproof (the reversible aspect isn't very useful as one side is pleasantly conservative while the other looks rather ridiculous) so it's a reasonable piece of apparel. However, my experience with Barbour jackets has led me to expect more than just "a reasonable piece of apparel" and those counting on previous experience with the brand as a means of evaluating this jacket should be warned against its ability to match the normal Barbour standard.”
