    The jacket would immediately make you look like a hillbilly. very very unflattering cut. I ordered the rose color, and it wasn't pretty light dusty rose. very disappointing.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    The fabric is stiff and stands away from my body in such a way that I look like I gained 20 pounds, also the cut is short and boxy which doesn't help the situation when I look in the mirror. It is lightweight and maybe would look okay if worn under something. But, like all Barbour jackets it is well made with quality materials.

    I am very pleased with the cut and fit of this jacket. Other Barbour jackets have been tight through the hips but not this one. It is light as a feather but surprisingly warm. The green color is great for spring.
