Barbour Teesdale Jacket - Quilted Microfiber (For Women)

This is my third Teesdale jacket. I wear them everyday in the fall and winter. I like the longer length...very easy to wear over jeans, work- out clothes... This is a very nice, basic jacket.

This is a super comfortable, light weight jacket for a spring or fall day but not for really cold weather. The fabric is silky soft. The lining is polyester with a tatersall pattern. Nicely made with the typical Barbour quality. I like the spacious pockets. There is plenty of room to layer under this jacket without the boxy look. The sizing on the Barbour label is incorrect so I agree with STP to order your regular US size. For example the label says UK size 8, US size 4 but the jacket fits in between a US size 6 and 8.

Need to order 1 size down. Didn't work for me as the back of the coat is curved and lower than the front of the coat. Therefore more of a barn/riding coat, not a casual every day jacket that I was looking to find. Barbour quality was there.

Just received this and the Barbour Fitted Quilt jacket in the mail. Initially, I didn't like the fit b/c the back and shoulder area is a bit loose and bunchy. And the rear is actually longer than the front. After comparing the fit of both jackets, I realized this jacket was probably a better fit. The shoulders are sewn in a way that allows more range of motion and the back is perfect when you sit down. This design is probably perfect for any equestrians since the back unsnaps to allow bending and posting. Additionally, this jacket is waterproof! Which is one of the features I was looking for in a casual everyday yet dressy jacket. Water just rolls off the outer material and the inside quilting - although not super thick is adequately warm for North CA, rainy winters. Love that it is wash and dry too. I am replacing my worn out Burberry coat which I've had for almost 8 years and am hoping this coat will last as long. Sizing: I ordered a UK-size 12 and I am a US size 8. I have long arms and wide shoulders so everything fit well, even with a sweater underneath. Arm length is actually perfect, though the lining is so cute I wanted to fold it up. Great coat for a great price.

This jacket is amazing. My wife loved it....

Lightweight coat that is very warm. A plain, basic design, but it fits well, is very comfortable and has great quality. Will probably be able to wear this coat for many years.

The UK vs. US sizing was confusing: I called to ask how to order and was told to order my US size (8). I did, but the label says UK 8 (US size 4). Fortunately, it fits great, which might indicate the jacket runs large. It's very lightweight, but is warmer than you might imagine. I wore it for the first time on a cold, blustery day and was very comfortable.

Great overall fall jacket. Classic look...great for travel.

Very functional Jacket that will be used often this Fall. Very light and Warm.
