I am happy I got it on sale because I would have returned it if it cost any more than what I paid. My husband is happy with it but also agrees that it is small.

Reviewed by Rocky Mountain Gal from Colorado Springs, CO on Friday, March 09, 2012My husband travels for work and always makes an effort to leave his ring and watch in the hotel safe which is usually high up in the closet and hard to see into (especially when placing small items inside). I thought this snap-together valet would be perfect for him. It can be packed flat, taking up virtually no luggage room and would give him a place to put his ring and watch. Well, the first valet arrived looking very used (scratched, leather missing some color on the edge). I was concerned because I wanted to give it to my husband as a gift. STP promptly exchanged it, but the second one had a loose snap that kept popping open. I tried another exchange. The third one stays snapped together, although, again, one of the snaps is not a tight fit. So instead of giving it as a gift, I just asked my husband if he could use it. He said yes, it would probably work for a while so he kept it. I wouldn't recommend this though, because the snaps aren't really a quality product.

The only issue I found was once the product is assembled(snapped together) the surface area is smaller than anticipated. I was a bit disappointed as this was a gift for my boyfriend however he is pleased with the product and it sits neatly on his desk.
