Knife edge on foil cutter is sharper than that you'll find on the cheapies, and serrated so will probably keep edge longer. Opens and folds nicely, and is comfortable in the hand. The case is a nice touch.

This tool is very nice. The knife actually works for cutting the plastic off the cork. The action is tight opening and closing the accessories (knife, corkscrew, etc.). The leather case is very nice leather also...although I'm not sure what to do with it. All in all, if you are looking for a great Sommelier's Tool...you've found one.
