Bastien Lucia Boots - Waterproof (For Women)

The only thing I would like ...if it were more snug on the cafe but works great over denim.

Thease boots are very comfortable - extremely. Its unusally for me to find shoes that does not require a break-in period or are comfy right out the box and these fit the bill. I have med. wide feet, and I was able to get my arch supports inside with out them taking up too much space. I also have a large calf and was able to zip up - a little effort but OK. I normally get a 9.5 in boots and took a chance and got the 9 since these were the only size available surprisingly they were on the money. They appear to run a half size large. You may want to add an insole for more added cushion.

I LOVE these boots. Got several compliments on them the first day I wore them. By the end of that day, they felt as if I had them for months (already broken in). Great price!

I bought this pair at [@] at [$]. I bought in May 2010 and now it's totally beaten up. I did wear them a lot in the fall and the winter of that year (2010) and I liked it a lot. I would wear them in rainy days and my feet would be nice and dry. I liked how it looked too. but it worn out really fast. I just started wearing them again and they have cracks all over and it's peeling off in the front. The hills worn out so bad that I slipped and fell for a number of times on a sunny day! Now I'm regret that I bought it for over $100. I think $30-$50 would be the fair price. I like this pair but I wouldn't have bought it for over $50 if I knew it'll last only one season.
