Nice warm attractive boots, but one of the buttons fell off while trying on the first time. Easy to fix, but could have been better.

Super cute boots that keep my feet warm on cold, snowy days. They are a little wide in the ankle and heel area, but a shoe insert makes them a perfect fit! The sizing issues could most likely be resolved by ordering a 1/2 size smaller.

I bought these boots for my daughter to replace a similar pair. These look almost too mature for her. Looks fantastic with leggings and a nice skirt. Dressed up the whole outfit and made her legs look longer and slim.

At first I thought the boot's materials looked fake, untill I tried them on and noticed how thick and high quality the leather really is. I cannot believe how lucky I was to find such a perfect boot IN MY SIZE! I wear an 8, medium width, usually the first size to disappear, and most mediums are actually too narrow in boots - especially with socks. so I ordered the W, and OMG they are perfect - roomy enough for socks without LOOKING roomy. I can wear them with leggings and a skirt to the office, lots of compliments, or with skinny jeans to walk the dog, (even in freezing weather!) that's how gorgeous and versatile they are. I hope they last forever, they are so comfortable - even from the very first try on. How often does THAT happen!

Ordered first pair in my size and they were too small. Sent them back for an exchange and the 2nd pair was obviously defective. Must not have been inspected very well before shipping. Returned 2nd pair for a refund. Afraid to order anything else now. Not a satisfied customer.

these boots are gorgeous, but the size 8 I bought feels more like a 9 or larger. Order a size down!

I bought this pair at [@] at [$]. I bought in May 2010 and now it's totally beaten up. I did wear them a lot in the fall and the winter of that year (2010) and I liked it a lot. I would wear them in rainy days and my feet would be nice and dry. I liked how it looked too. but it worn out really fast. I just started wearing them again and they have cracks all over and it's peeling off in the front. The hills worn out so bad that I slipped and fell for a number of times on a sunny day! Now I'm regret that I bought it for over $100. I think $30-$50 would be the fair price. I like this pair but I wouldn't have bought it for over $50 if I knew it'll last only one season.

I've always wanted a pair of boots and thought these were really cute...and they are really cute and the uppers are really soft. However, I really should have heeded the reviews. I normally wear a 8.5 and was a afraid to buy the 10, so I bought the 9. The width is a perfect fit for me, but I had to use really thin socks and even with the thinnest socks, the boot is a snug fit. I wore them in the house and it did stretch a bit, but I know I won't be able to wear these with thick socks, which is what I wear with all my sport-type shoes. Also the outer soles of the shoes are too flat. Would be great if the grooves were deeper for more traction, but the grooves are less than 1/8" deep. I'm almost afraid to walk in the rain with these for fear of slipping. I would recommend (with hesitation) to women who wear full sizes and buy up, but because I wear 8.5, will the 10 fit?

I have average size calves and have never had issue with a zipper in boots. The zipper seems cheap and separated on more than one occasion when trying to zip them up. I loved the look of the boot with the button accessories and smooth to the touch texture. I wish the zipper was a bit stronger.

This boot looks so good and felt so cozy but the zipper was not strong. I have never had an issue with zip up boots until I purchased these. It would separate when zipping it up so I sent back. Not much room for skinny jeans to be tucked inside. Buttons on the side great accessory I was sad to have to send back such a cute boot.
