I also own a $240 pair of Ugg Gortex boots and honestly, for the price, these are a steal! They're nice and warm, provide good traction in the snow/ice (along with Yaktrax...couldn't walk daily for 5 miles without my Yaktrax), they are so light (hate heavy 4-lb boots) and the lacing provides a good customized fit. I wear a women's 12 and purchased the men's 11. With an arch support, which I place in all my shoes/boots, they fit perfectly. I love 'em!

Also, they leak from the top when wet. Definitely not a good pair of boots at all. I do ot recommend purchasing these boots.
