Reviewed by in Virginia from Lexington, VA on Tuesday, October 30, 2012The shoes are attractive and made from quality materials, but the shoes are poorly designed and end up hurting your feet after wearing them for a day. The sole is too thin so the ball of my foot was in pain immediately and I had to add Scholls foot inserts. If you wear hose/socks, your feet will slide - the insides are slippery. My feet were in pain the next day after wearing these. Since I have worn them for a day, I cannot return them, which is disappointing. I will not use them and they were expensive.

The box is labeled WW but the shoe itself has no width designation on it. While I have found the European sizes tend to be wider than American sizes, this is definitely NOT a double wide. The shoe itself is beautifully made but I believe Beautifeel must have mislabeled its product. Sadly, the shoes will go back tomorrow.

Order received promptly. The shoe box was marked 39WW; however, the shoes inside were a 39M. Couldnt' get my wide feet into them. Had my daughter try them (she IS a 39M), they fit her perfectly. To STP's credit, they offered to have someone in the warehouse look for the correct shoe. They gave me a full credit including shipping. While I did not get the shoes I wanted, I will still shop STP for their great customer service and prices.
