I still have a "stretcher" in the right shoe. There is not much toe room....seemed to press down on. They are really comfy feeling except for this issue. -

Also, something about the style said "grandmotherly." Despite being a grandma that wasn't the look I wanted. Still, they are elegant, well made and designed to be comfortable, so you might like them.
