    I tried this dress in spite of the reviews because the picture is pretty, I like the colors and I've been able to alter dresses that didn't quite fit right in the past. The colors and pattern are nice, but the cut is incredibly unflattering and it would take a better seamstress than myself to fix the really odd fit. Also, the fabric does feel cheap and it does smell bad, just as reviewers said. Not a keeper.

    What a cute little sundress! However, it did not fit well at all. The top was cut very generously, with a lot of billowing material in the back that detracted from the otherwise lovely line this little sundress should have created. How sad. I returned the item.

    I love the colors and prints in this dress, and the design looks great in the photo, but it's incredibly awkward when you put it on. I like the idea of the fitted waist, but it hits in the wrong place -- it's somewhere between an empire waist and true waist, gathering awkwardly at the base of the ribcage and then bunching out in an unflattering way. So sad!

    This is a cute and comfortable sun dress. The straps are a little long for me so they sometimes slip off my shoulders, but I can easily fix that with a few minutes of sewing. I got complimented for the dress, which is always nice! It's feminine but casual.

    I bought this dress for my 17 year old niece and am giving it to her for her birthday. Style-wise, I think it will work for her. It has a retro/hippie feel to it and the colors and patterns are appealing. The fabric has a stiff, papery feel to it and is very thin. I hope that feel will wash out of it because when I tried the dress on it had a scratchy feel despite being 100 percent cotton. Also, as far as fit is concerned, the bust seems small and high. I'm hoping that is because it is cut for someone younger than me.

    I ordered three of these since the colors looked so pretty online and the style looked appealing with the fabric trim. I was hoping to give them to my niece as a Christmas gift. I returned all three due to the incredibly flimsy fabric and cheap construction.
