Not only did the visor help fix that problem, but it is very comfortable and has good ventilation (the main reason I prefer road helmets). The bonus of the camera mount was not something I cared about. However, I have been able to preview rides for my family out east before they visit the mountains, and get good video of my kids riding by pointing it backwards. The only thing that would make this helmet better is a magnetic chin strap, which I think every helmet should have.

I exchanged it for a size large and it is perfect! fairly light, but very comfortable. Looks like it will provide excellent protection should I ever need it. Excellent product at a very good price.

This fits perfectly in a med size. It says in the specs it weighs 12.6 ounces but right on the helmet it says 395 grams or 13.93 ounces. It feels heavy. I weighed it and it's actual weight in the medium size is 422 g or 14.9 ounces. I like how the visor flips up and out of the way if you don't need it down. The bright green helmet I received was manufactured in Sept 2015. Bell recommends helmet replacement every 3 years so this one is already 1.5 years old. So it is not a current model product, hence the discounted price. The ventilation holes seem a bit small but that seems to be the trend with a lot of helmets. The padding is thick and the fabric core is 99.9% pure silver for antimicrobial protection. The fiber is called x-static and says it eliminates odor, static and helps regulate temperature. The fit is great and is especially good for night rides with a light on top of the helmet. A more secure fit means the light head isn't making the helmet move around on your head as you're bouncing down the trail.
