Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The quality of the fabric is top notch, and the construction is excellent. The twill is subtle, which is what I was hoping for. My only complaint is that the trousers were tight at the waist, even more than a 32 usually is, and I had to have the waist let out as well as have the trousers hemmed.
