    As an archaeologist and traveler, the bottoms of the pants are way too wide and get in the way, and the top side pockets are way too shallow {I dropped many items from them before I learned}, and therefore useless, and the mid side pockets are too deep.

    The pants are great BUT the side top pockets tore (both sides) at the seams from just the weight of my arms pushing down, the area needed to be reinforced with such a lightweight fabric. Quick fix with a patch. These same pockets are so shallow they are useless also.....why even have them on the pants?

    Through fault of my own I got the pant leg caught in a jacket zipper and made a tiny hole in the fabric, but even after more use and running it through the laundry, the hole didn't fray or get any bigger. Comfortable as pants or shorts, even around the zipper at the knee.

    Bought these pants because the price was good. They are nice looking and fit real well around the waist, but they really needed to be hemmed. The fabric is light and airy,which is good for me, but it wrinkles bad when washed and dried. Needs to be ironed.
