Everything I was looking for in a go-to short. Got the white, which is slighly off-white so doesn't show dirt so bad. Breaks just above the knee. Allows just the right amount of space around the thigh. Really good looking. These people know what they are doing.

I'm usually happy with a trim fit around the waist, but this was way too trim. If I were inclined to reorder, I would order a waist 2 inches large.

Somewhat snug fit, but, OK. Nice, subtle, plaid pattern looks good.

To my surprise I found these pants to be too big: the waist was slightly roomy, and the seat was baggy. Also, the legs are boot-cut - something that has gone unmentioned. I marked the craftsmanship as poor based on the zipper: it doesn't operate smoothly. I would say I was disappointed because I was looking for old-school jeans: a tight fit with a narrow leg, but if you are looking for jeans in a trendy style - roomy fit with a flared leg - then these would a good choice.

Like the look. I can be hard on cloths and these don't look like they will hold up.
