Great fit, beautiful pair of pants.

These pants are a traditional design and the material is nice - though on the thin side. The weave is subtle - offering a little more versatility over plain black. However, because the material is not thick nor heavy, a lining would have been appropriate. I am keeping the pants but would have preferred them to have been lined. I will wear them with a pant slip for shape retention. They come unhemmed and they were long enough so that I could have them hemmed with a cuff.

A perfectly fine pair of pants that I recommend for the fall, spring and summer. I was hoping to find a good pair of slacks for the winter--clearly missed the lightweight wool part of the ad--and the weight of the wool is not sufficiently substantial for the winter. Importantly, I live in Chicago so these slacks might be great for warmer winter climes.

There's a reason why most dress pants come unhemmed - with proper shoes everybody's inseam is different. Plan on having them altered. Nice fabric, decent construction.

The vest is short--which I like because I am, too. It has a belt in the back that give it a nice shape. It does need to be drycleaned, but I knew that before I ordered it.
