Very warm, wrist guard is great with good adjustments - Comes up a little small - so difficult to get on and off with sweaty hands - espcially as inner liner is fixed - it kept pulling out when I took them off.

Bern's wrist guard seems to be on the wrong side of the hand.
No doubt, it can prevent serious wrist injuries, but most of the impact happens on the palm, and there's not much support in that area.
Gloves are pretty thin, and not as insulated as normal gloves.

I bought these for my husband to use as winter gloves because he has wrist injuries and I was concerned it would be worsened if he slipped in the winter. He loves how thin they are but still very warm, the grippy palm is nice though attracts grime and gets discolored quickly. He loves the versatility of fit thanks to the many adjustable straps. The knuckle padding is a good bonus as well.
