This one was slightly tight with the liner in and way too big without. Probably stay away from multi-season helmets unless your head circumference changes with the seasons!

Reviewed by Eric from Chicago, IL on Monday, January 21, 2013This is a really good helmet for biking in the winter and adding the summer liner makes it a great summer helmet too. The adjustable vents is a great idea and works well. It does run a bit small and probably won't fit people with large heads, but on the plus side it is smaller than your standard skateboard style bike helmet.

Answer Thats a tough questions to answer. It looks like the reviews are mixed between fitting great and not fitting. I can tell you I had to order a size larger because the fleece liner does take up some room. If you can i would recommend trying it on in a store first. Hope this helps

Answer I do not beleive it would meet mountaineering standards, but for skiing and kayaking absolutely

Answer I feel this helmet can be used for all of those activities. Obviously you would want to remove the winter liner for kayaking and the mountaineering (depending on the weather).||Hope this helps.
