    This watch was purchased as a gift for my 81 yr old father--it arrived with a dead battery--so disappoined in STP ! Don't know if this is a reliable watch or not since it doesn't work--will have to take it to my jeweler because I don't have time to return it-

    Man, it's hard to find a basic but durable, dial-date watch with straight-forward numerals. Unless you look to Bertucci. Truly outstanding. Really glad to have found them at STP. For anyone who spend time in moving water, be it surf, creeks or whatever: There are no spring-pins attaching these faces to the bands. They're held on by uni-pice titanium shafts! The watch can't pop off! Ever! Genius! At STP prices, I bought 2. Thought to get another but... past a point even great deals seem silly.
