Nice, heavyweight, versatile plates. Haven't used them for fondue yet, but they are great if you like to have a variety of foods for dinner without having them all run together on your plate. Also great for chips and dip on the side, or for crudites with a main dish. The sleek white design goes with just about any other dinnerware.

NIce fondue plates are hard to come by.....ditto for good fondue pots. These fit the bill at a "new economy" price tag. The world might be changing, but it is nice to have traditions to pass on to the next generation....

These are fantastic. I was completely surprised at how heavy they turned out to be. They are solid on the bottom which I didn't notice in the picture. All that means is that they don't stack fitted into one another. I bought these as a joke after finding out that my niece and I both hate it when our foods mix together on our plates. I was going to pull them out at the next family gathering for the two of us. But they are so nice, I am using them almost every day. I think they would be brilliant for anyone planning to have any sort of buffet meal or gathering that is a higher class than your average picnic like a shower or lunch gathering.
