I've tried a number of boards-- soft, hard, and inflatable-- and this one is my fave (and the cheapest.) It's relatively light and not too long, so as a petite woman I can carry it to and from the water myself. I feel very stable on it. I've even brought my 8-year-old son and our beagle on it with me. My 8-year old and my husband have also used it on their own and love it. I've used it in gentle rivers and on a big reservoir. It's pretty easy to steer, and it goes swiftly. The only downside is that it's impossible to put attachments on it (ie can't attach a bungie cord to fasten down drybags with food, water, etc). But since I feel so stable on the board, I just balance my drybag on the front of the board, and it's never fallen off! Also, I just attach my keys to the life jacket so I don't have to worry about losing them. We already ordered one of these boards, and are about to order our second.

I was looking for something larger than normal boards to support a grown 220# man. Most boards have 150 pound recommended weight for novice and supports up to xxxxx. I purchased a 6" thick inflatable based on recommendation from a friend and outfitter. I have an 11' nice fiberglass and a cheap plastic 10'6 board. Neither floated me with dry feet and had the stability I was looking for to fish off of. This board seems to be more stable, and my feet definitely stay out if the water, but definitely too narrow for a novice to fish from easily. I've done it twice and haven't fallen in, so I guess it can be done.

The specs on this board said 32" wide, it's 30". It's a touring board, so long and lean are the design, not wide and stable. I knew that going in and purchased anyway because of the great price. Definitely love the inflatable board because I'm not worried about scratching or dinging it. It's faster/easier than my other boards. Tracks better than the other boards by far. Quality fin and fin box. 9" fin is long for shallow water, but shorter flexible fins are available. Pump seems cheap but bag is high quality if you're into that. Inflate to full 15psi and very rigid.

Wish it had 2 more tie down spots near the rear, but can add them with pvc glue.

Would buy again. May add a 4th fishing specific board to my collection if I stick with it, but this one is a keeper.

Great customer service and awesome board. However, it did not arrive with repair kit as advertised and the pressure gauge valve is defective.
