    It is great to live in a time when we have gear like this. I am getting older every year, and did not even use sleeping pads as a twenty something. Now I see this as critically important gear. How our ideas change over time.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    This pad was comfortable to sleep on for the most part. I'm a side sleeper and woke up without any shoulder or hip pain which I typically get on foam pads. One big draw back if you are camping with others is this thing makes a ton of noise when you move around on it. My friend could hear it very well from his tent. He has a big agnes pad, but it is one of the new red one. It is not loud like this one.

    This is a very nice product. It takes a bit to blow up and cannot be done by a younger kid. Squeaks quite a bit when rolling over.
