“Antlers fell off when removed from box”

“The bookends are very attractive, however, my teenage son was very disappointed when he unwrapped them as a Christmas gift, removed them from the box, and one of the antlers fell off right in his hand. We were able to glue it back on so that it was not noticeable, but the amount I paid for these bookends was actually a bit more than I had wanted to so it was extremely disappointing to me to have received a product that I felt was overpriced with such poor workmanship.”
