    Warned by other comments - but the price was right. This IS pretty light duty - take the 10 pound per side maximun seriously. MUCH care needed to avoid stripping very thin fragile threading on parts putting together, and decoration (pinecones) not very securely attached. Don't expect to disassemble/reassemble many times. That said - looks good and handy for low stress uses.

    I put mine together and it was crooked, so I unscrewed the pieces and by the time I tried to put the thing back together, the threads were stripped. Now it is pretty much useless and is sitting in my garage.

    I read the reviews so wasn't surprised at how lightweight this is. Although it can be used for plants - as long as they are balanced - I think candles or lanterns would be better. I am pleased with my purchase but will stick with the usual shepherd hooks for my plants.
