    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I've bought a few Bill's khakis from Sierra and have appreciated the quality and fit. While these pants are well-made with nice fabric, the rise is much lower than the other Bill's pants that fit just right. If you're not 6 ft tall, the crotch will be hanging far too low.
