“This was my first pair of Birkenstocks. I thought they would be more cushioned, but they were so hard I had to return them. I have back and spine problems, so need more cushioning in my shoes. the arch support was fine, but it really felt like I was walking on the floor. For many people, that's not a problem. Too bad--I really liked the way they looked!”
