“Too good to be true”

“This was my first time ordering from Sierra Trading Post. Sorry to say, not a great experience. Instructed on site to order 1 size smaller. I know what size I wear in Birks (have several pair), but contacted the "the live chat" to make sure. Was told to still order 1 size smaller than usual. I did as instructed, and they are 1 size too small. The stitching on the right shoe also comes up much higher onto the top of the shoe in comparison to the other shoe. Looks strange and others noticed it as well. The Left shoe is "scuffed" on the entire front of the shoe. Looks like they would if they were "seconds" or defective. Don't know...but they are going back. Even though they were only [$]...that money could go toward another pair of Birks that are correct.”
