“Tough break-in”

“The footbed on these sandals feels better than walking barefoot, the best support I've ever had in a sandal. BUT, I made a hugh mistake and wore them for 12 hours the first day. I had 2 blisters within an hour, so instead of resting my feet, I just applied bandaids and kept on going. It took my feet a week to get over the initial soreness from the stiff leather straps, after that I broke them in a little at a time as I should have. They're terrific sandals, attractive and SO comfy (once they're broke-in). Yes, I'll buy more Birkes from STP!”
