Birkenstock London Nubuck Shoes (For Men and Women)

I wear a 40N in the Boston soft footbed clogs but based on other reviews saying the London was sized larger, I went with a 39N since it was available and the 40 wasn't. Tried it on and my toes bump into the front outside wall making it pretty uncomfortable; the 39 is definitely too small. I wear an 8 in almost every other shoe (my sizing selections of full size too small and too wide are standard birkenstock sizing compared to other American shoes; I would need exactly the same size I would expect to for Birkenstock shoes). Other than the sizing, it felt great, and I think it would have the potential to be a really good shoe. I have problematic feet and knees and for some time have not been able to wear anything other than super cushy super supportive sneakers, but lately even with those I have heel and knee pain. I'm definitely going to look for these in my size somewhere else and will review again when I've worn them for some time.

My second pair of Birkenstock Londons (many other Birkenstocks in my closet as well) and couldn't be happier with the new pair. The old pair I had for over 6 years, just had them resoled when needed. I love the brown nubuck and can't wait until they are broken in all the way so that they are as comfortable as pair number one.

I used to wearing sneakers especially adidas and wearing several Birks. But this Birks are game-winning hit! Amagingly price & fit. Thanks STP!

I love these Birks! They are so comfortable and love the look. I have narrow feet and the narrow shoe was perfect. Make sure you water seal them bec. of the leather.
