    These run very large....need to order 2 sizes down at least! Compared with the Rio, run wider, so narrow fits great (had to get a Regular with Rio). Wore them all day at an amusement park to break them in for a trip...great no back or foot pain other than from a few blisters caused by the straps. Straps are a little stiff - hope they will soften up, then these will be great!
