    My husband will use these for everyday walking around. He tends to get sore feet and hips from poor quality shoes so Birkenstocks are shoes that keep his body feeling good. He was very happy to receive these. He likes the backstrap of the Milano. The leather will take some time to soften up but these shoes should last and be comfortable for a long time. A good price on this quality brand.

    To me, these Birkenstock sandals are too dressy to wear to the beach or to go hiking in. That is why I bought them. I wanted the comfort of sandals without the rugged look of other sandals. These are nice enough to wear to the office. So far, I'm very happy with these and wholeheartedly recommend them.

    I purchased these Birks to replace a pair that I had for 18 years and finally wore out last year in Hawaii. I am still working these to get the proper fit which takes some time to fit the individual, but I'm off to a good start. I have wide flat feet and normally use orthotics with shoes or boots, but the Birks give me good support on their own.
