Birkenstock Sparta Leather Sandals (For Women)

I am a runner so I do not like to torture my feet more than I have to. I wear Birkenstocks almost exclusively. These sandals are the usual comfortable high quality shoes that I have come to expect from Birkenstock.

I've worn these sandals to work and on Saturday afternoons. I chose these shoes for the narrow fit since I have very narrow feet. The fit is great, but a little break-in is needed. They are very comfortable, light and versatile. They look cute with jeans, capri's shorts or casual skirts & dresses. After walking all day in them my feet were not fatigued. These are my first pair of Birkenstocks and now I know why people love this brand so much. I only wish the same shoe was available in black.

I really like these shoes, but it takes a little bit of time (as with all Birks) to break them in.

These shoes are wonderful. I can wear them with anything and they make my feet feel incredible. There is a breaking in period, but they don't hurt during this time-just not as comfortable as they are after the fact. I don't think I can wear my regular flip flops any more. I have officially been spoiled by my birkenstocks!

I never thought I could get a pair of Birkenstocks that would fit my long, narrow foot. These felt good the first time I put them on. Very satisfied!

I could not buckle the sandal, & i don't have a high instep, so i have to pierce some holes in the strap for it to fit.

even though I ordered a size larger they were the right length but much too narrow. I love Birkenstocks though!
