    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I like the fact that the leash has the design on both sides; however the collar is rather wide when compared to my dog's other collars. She is a 30 pound dog and the medium collar's width and large snap buckle look cumbersome on her. I can't imagine it would be comfortable. Definitely would look great on a larger dog, or a dog with a larger neck. Will probably keep for a gift.
