I'm 30d, 130lbs and the small is a nice slim fit that goes well over stretchy athletic tops. If I were planning to wear baggy shirts or thicker sweaters I'd have opted for the medium. I chose this hoodie over several others because it is so soft on the skin. The seems are smooth and the fabric is cozy. The overall fit is slim, it shows the shape in a flattering way, instead of puffing out like my mens fit hoodies. The hood is a good slim fit, so it stays in place and does a good job of keeping wind off of my ears. Only negative is the lack of pockets, but as I wear mine under a vest it hasn't really been an issue.

It works great for that purpose, and it's cute and simple enough for everyday use as well. I like it enough that I own it in two colors. A few things to keep in mind are that it doesn't have pockets, and it's quite snug. With most clothes, a women's large is comfortably roomy on me. With this hoody, it's a snug fit.
