Verified Buyer Reviewed by Skiing Skylar from Colorado on Tuesday, December 29, 2015This boot is literally the most uncomfortable thing I've ever worn. When they say "For Men and Women," it means that you take the soft insole out to gain extra ankle height inside the boot for men's fit. When these arrived, I tried them on, loosened them up as much as the boot allows, fiddled with the fit, but I couldn't even sit on my couch for a full hour in them, let alone ski in them!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Owen H from USA on Tuesday, October 13, 2015I picked these up primarily for skiing at the resort, but it's a nice perk that they can be used for touring as well. I bought a pair of alpine sole blocks for $30 and replaced the AT sole blocks. The boot is stiff and relatively heavy, so if you're looking for a dedicated touring boot this isn't it. But the downhill capability is great and having the walk mode is nice for bootpacking.
